If your Fourth of July festivities wouldn’t be complete with taking in a fireworks display, you’re in luck. We’ve ferreted out fireworks near your local BBC, along with a few parades, fairs, and overall good-time events, so you can celebrate in style. Swing in and see us for pre-show fortification or afterward to cool down with an ice-cold craft beer.

Near Cedarville, July 4 @ 9:00 p.m.: Fireworks over Plymouth Harbor; what could be more all-American? There’s also a 5K race that morning if you’re so inclined.

Near Danvers, July 3 in Gloucester: In the morning, there’s the Fish Town Horribles Parade – a tradition that began when Gloucester was settled; gotta love New England – then a free concert at 5:00 p.m. and fireworks at 9:00.

Falmouth, July 4 @ Dusk: Fireworks, set off over the water, start at dusk right across the street from the pub. We’ve got the best seat in town!

Near Framingham, July 4 Parade in Natick @ 9:00 a.m.: The 62nd annual 4th of July parade is all about classic Americana; bands, kids, floats and firetrucks!

Franklin, June 29 – July 4: A weekend-long celebration that includes carnival rides, food and concerts.

Hyannis, July 4, festivities start @ 2:00 p.m.: Put on your walking shoes, park in the lot behind the pub and hoof it down to the harbor; boat parade, regular parade (the kind that takes place on land), concerts (two of them) and fireworks.

Near Manchester: The nearby towns of Milford, Hampstead and Amherst all have fun stuff going on.

Pembroke: We’ve got nothing! Let us know of any events nearby. When all else fails, head into Boston for the BIG event!

Plymouth, July 4 @ 9:00 p.m.: With Plymouth Harbor within stumbling distance of our downtown Plymouth pub, you can be sure there will be a major party before and after the fireworks!

Portsmouth, July 3 @ 9:15 p.m.: This fireworks display, set off over the harbor, is one of the best in the region.

Sandwich, July 4 @ Dusk: While the town of Sandwich doesn’t have a fireworks display, those in the know head to the north-side beaches to ogle the many, many private displays up and down the coast. Shhh…it’s a secret!

Walpole, July 3 @ 6:00 p.m.: The town parade kicks off the evening with a fair immediately following. Fireworks start at 9:30 p.m.

Near Westford, July 1 in Acton @ 3:00 p.m.: Family fun day starts at 3:00, a concert kicks off at 7:00 and fireworks blast off at 9:30.

Worcester, June 30 @ 4:00 p.m.: A little something for everyone with kids’ activities starting at 4:00, a free concert from the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra at 7:40 (they couldn’t just go with 7:30 or 7:45?!) and fireworks at 9:30.
